Crockpot Stuffing

The idea of cooking stuffing in the crock pot comes from my husbands Uncle Ernie. It just makes sense. Prior to this method it was just hard to control the moisture when you stuff in the bird. Plus there is never enough room. Honestly the recipe is all my own and has developed over time. This recipe can be used to stuff chicken breasts or pork chops.
