You have to eat enough

It is really all about MATH. If you burn more calories in the day than you eat you will loose weight. BUT you need to eat enough or your body will go into starvation mode NOT to mention you will cheat! Many people cut out to many calories and increase exercise and your body gets mad. With the exercise I am usually eating around 1600 - 1700 calories.

1. Access Shake before Exercise
2. Breakfast
3. Piece of fruit or a snack from the 100 calorie list
4. Lunch - pick from the list
5. Snack ( attain bar or fiber bar )or from the 100 calorie list
6. Dinner
7. Snack ( keeping it real - be smart but even a glass of wine or a beer can count)

My biggest education was writing down what I ate, just the calories. When you look at the block on any product it will tell you the calories. Did you know an 8 oz glass of orange juice has 120 calories - yikes and 0 calories in water.
