Snack Options





Snack options 100 calorie options.



1 large apple
1 large banana
1/2-cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup of coffee and small biscotti
1 cup fruit cocktail (in water)
1 slice whole-wheat toast with 1-teaspoon jam
4 apple-cinnamon mini rice cakes with 2-tablespoon low-fat cream cheese
1/2-cup applesauce (add cinnamon if you fancy)
4 Hershey Kisses
2-cup popcorn mixed with 2 teaspoons dry roasted peanuts
1-cup of fat free (skim) milk with teaspoon of chocolate syrup
10 animal crackers
3 graham crackers
3 ginger snaps
1/2 cup of sugar-free gelatin and two tablespoons of low-fat Cool Whip
1/2 cup of fat-free ice cream or fat free frozen yogurt
8-ounce fat-free yogurt
One 2-inch slice of angel food cake
1/2 cup fat-free pudding
1/2 cup sugar-free pudding
1 rice cake with 1-tablespoon peanut butter
4 Saltine crackers and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
3 celery stalks used to scoop 2 ounces tuna
2 tablespoons cashews, almonds, peanuts or walnuts
1/2 cup bran cereal with 1/4 cup skim milk
Handful of baked potato chips
3-ounces of deli ham, beef, or turkey
15 chocolate-covered raisins
1-ounce of pretzels
Stir 2 teaspoons of Hershey's chocolate syrup into a cup of coffee for Café Mocha
3-cups of air popped popcorn
2 graham cracker squares spread with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
2 cups fresh strawberries
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 teaspoons of raisins
1-ounce mozzarella cheese
1 slice of American or Cheddar cheese
10 dried apricot halves
Handful of baked tortilla chips with salsa
2 small pears
Cut half an apple into slices and spread with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
5 fresh plums
Freeze 1/2 cup of orange juice and eat with a spoon.
