Bottom Layer
1/2 cup butter1/4cup sugar
5Tbsp cocoa
1 egg beaten
11/4 cup graham crumbs
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup coconut
Melt first 3 ingredients. Add egg and stir till thicken.Stir in remaining ingredients. Press firmly in ungreased 8x8 pan.
Second Layer
1/2 cup butter
3Tbsp cream
1/4 cup vanilla custard ( birds )
2 cups icing sugar
Cream all ingredients together and spread over bottom layer. Refrigerate.
Top
4 squares semi-sweet bakers chocolate or 4 oz
2Tbsp butter
Melt both on low, cool and pour over middle layer.chill and serve.
