Grocery List

For the next week you will need a few items.

Chicken Breasts
Salad - mixed salad and romaine
Your favorite hot sauce
lite Caesar salad dressing
Protein Shakes
Attain Bars & Fiber bars
Access Shakes or bars
ground Turkey
bread crumbs
Whole wheat hamburger buns
Veggies - broccoli, carrots, celery, onions, red pepper, cucumber, zucchini
Sharp cheddar cheese
Canned tuna
whole wheat wraps
1 chocolate bar - dark is my favorite
Fruit - all kinds have lots of it - apple, bananas, watermelon, oranges, grapefruit
Kashi cereal
Almond milk - I like the silk almond
Whole wheat pasta & your favorite canned marinara - I like Hunts :-)
