Eat That Frog

This weekend I read a fabulous book called, Eat That Frog. I have been working on becoming more effective, organized and prioritize my time. This book is a quick read but packed with easy tools to make the most of your time. I recommend everyone pick it up - we all never have enough time.

So starting today I am making some suggested changes in my life.

1. Plan your days - neither in life or work have I had a schedule I have always been a fly by the seat of my pants. This will allow me to be more efficient with my time and get more done.

2. Eat That Frog - do the things that are the have to's, the tasks you may not like to do but need to be done. Because like eating a frog first thing in the morning is likely the worst thing you could do every day.

3. Have a plan and WRITE IT DOWN - what will my business, life, health look like in one year - put the wheels in motion to make it happen

4. Use a list a check of all the items completed if they are not that evening they move to the next day.

Watch for changes on my blog, watch for regular activity, it is Monday and frog doesn't taste all that bad. Check blog is written :-) off to my work out!
