walking...adds up

My neighbor and her daughter walk 7 days a week, just 20 min. With small weights in hand they head out thru the park briskly for 2 miles. We chatted yesterday and she said I don't have the time to walk the loop which takes 1 hour. How I see it she gets to spend 20 quality minutes with her adult daughter and she gets her exercise every day. 2 hours and 2o min when you add it all up or 770 calories.

I go to the gym almost every morning but starting today I will take a break in the middle of the day and clear my head and walk for 15 min. I hope all of you will be inspired to stop and take 15 min. for your heart, head and health.
