All my life I have been very self conscious about myself, it might be my hair, or I do not have the right shoes or that pimple you just can not cover up. Most people just don't know it. When I turned 30 things started to turn around and over the last 6 years I learned not to worry or maybe just care.
Rules I now live by:
Someone told me, "It is not your business what others think of you"
Always smile, because everyone will wonder what you are up to.
It is much easier to look at life as the glass is half full.
Believe in yourself.
Be kind to others.
Dance like no one is watching, sing like no one is listening, Work like you do not need the money.
