12 cups pickling cucumbers - sliced and soaked in ice water for 1 hour
1 cup sliced onions
1/4 pickling salt
1 cup vinegar
21/2 cups sugar
1tsp Mustard seed
Mix solution (just mix donot boil) and pour over cucumbers in an ice cream pail or large jar.
Store in fridge. They will be ready to eat tomorrow.
These are the best kind...No heating the house with the canner when it's 100+ out! and they last a long, long time!
