A few of my favorite things that will have me doing double time on the treadmill so I can enjoy them. Almond Roca comes from the kitchen of my Sister in Law - Glenda. This is a very easy recipe and is a huge hit at a cookie exchange. One of the things I do miss being so far away from my sister and sister in law is a tradition of getting together to bake for the holidays, so this year I will share all our recipes here and hope you can get together with someone you enjoy and hang out in the kitchen for the afternoon.
