I have memories of ice fishing as a kid, being cold and bored. I should have known that FNBC never is boring. 6 hours out on the ice, 15 F and not once did my kids complain about being cold (it helps to be dressed well). We did not camp out but most others did, it is a New Years tradition. All in all they caught 50 fish - perch, walleye and ling. I can say I would go back.
